Are you new to electrical work? That's not a problem! We train all of our employees in-house whether you have 4 years of experience or are starting from zero!
We pride ourselves on having employees that are loyal to Stoever-Parker, and a common question new employees have is advancement and promotion. Our administrative staff work closely with field employees on every aspect of certifications and maximizing earning potential for our employees.
As of 2020, we have started holding our weekly training classes for aspiring Journeymen, but any employees can attend! This is a great opportunity to learn the National Electrical Code inside and out--helping you stay up-to-date and making you a more knowledgable Apprentice or Journeyman in this ever-changing market.
